Sale Terms
1. Business Nature
Uniq InfoTech is a marketing and distribution company. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed on our website unless explicitly stated.
2. Product Sale & Invoicing
All products sold by Uniq InfoTech are supplied with a valid GST invoice.
Customers who require their GST number on the invoice must provide the same at the time of placing the order.
3. Responsibility of Goods
Our responsibility for the products ceases once the goods leave our warehouse and are handed over to the courier partner.
4. Product Information & Compatibility
Customers are advised to verify product specifications and compatibility with their system or the manufacturer before placing an order.
Uniq InfoTech shall not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect product selection.
5. Order Cancellation & Charges
Orders cancelled before shipping may attract a convenience fee.
Orders cancelled after shipping may attract higher cancellation or return charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the product is received in its original condition.
6. Payments & Refunds
Refunds are processed as per the payment method used during purchase and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
7. Special Delivery Services
If any expedited or priority delivery service is offered and fails due to operational reasons, applicable service charges (if any) may be refunded as per policy.
8. Components & Systems
Products sold on Uniq InfoTech are computer components, spares, or accessories and do not constitute a complete system unless clearly mentioned as a “Full System.”
9. Special Usage Conditions
Products intended for special or abnormal usage environments must be disclosed at the time of purchase. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being void.
10. Awareness of Terms
Ignorance of these Terms & Conditions shall not exempt customers from their responsibilities under this policy.
11. Physical Damage
Products with physical damage, tampering, broken seals, or mishandling are not covered under warranty or return policies.
12. Order Rights
Uniq InfoTech reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.
13. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction only.
Warranty & RMA Terms
1. Warranty Type
Most products are covered under Carry-In Warranty, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise by the manufacturer.
2. On-Site Warranty
On-site warranty services depend on the manufacturer’s service coverage area. If unavailable, the warranty automatically converts to carry-in service.
3. RMA Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for sending products for RMA, unless stated otherwise in the product policy.
4. Manufacturer Warranty
Products listed with Manufacturer Warranty / Direct Warranty are covered directly by the brand.
Uniq InfoTech holds no legal or financial liability for such warranties.
5. Invoice Requirement
A copy of the purchase invoice is mandatory for all warranty or service claims.
6. Warranty Acceptance
Products will be accepted for warranty service only if they are in good physical condition with original labels and serial numbers intact.
7. Warranty Rejection Conditions
Warranty will be void in cases of:
Broken or burnt components
Physical damage or mishandling
Tampered warranty stickers
Missing accessories or packaging
8. Warranty Duration
Warranty service timelines are controlled by the manufacturer, and delays beyond our control shall not be disputed.
9. Manufacturing Defects Only
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by power issues, improper handling, or misuse.
10. Repair or Replacement
Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s policy.
11. Right to Reject
Uniq InfoTech reserves the right to reject RMA requests if products are received without accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
General Terms
1. Intellectual Property
All content on uniqinfotech.in is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Content Usage
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any website content without written permission.
3. Service Availability
Uniq InfoTech reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any service or feature without prior notice.
4. Privacy
We respect customer privacy and do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except as required for order fulfillment or legal compliance.
5. Refusal of Service
