- Notify us within 2 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging (including price tags, labels, and invoices).
- Return packages must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.
- 25% deduction applies for refunds within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Modified, burnt, or altered products.
- Products with physical damage or damaged packaging.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.
- Tampered serial numbers.
- Physically damaged items due to misuse.
How to Return a Product:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product via call or email.
- Provide your name, email, phone number, and order ID.
- Return unused products within 7 days of registering your complaint.
- Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund Process:

- Net Banking: Refunded to the bank account.
- Refund processing time: 5-7 business days.
