Conditions for Return:

1. Notify us within 2 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.
2. Products must be unused and in original packaging (including price tags, labels, and invoices).
3. Return packages must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.
5. 25% deduction applies for refunds within 30 days of delivery.
6. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for exchanges and returns.

Returns are not accepted for:

1. Modified, burnt, or altered products.
2. Products with physical damage or damaged packaging.
3. Missing original packaging or accessories.
4. Tampered serial numbers.
5. Physically damaged items due to misuse.

 

How to Return a Product:

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product via call or email.
2. Provide your name, email, phone number, and order ID.
3. Return unused products within 7 days of registering your complaint.
4. Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
5. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Refund Process:

   • Net Banking: Refunded to the bank account.
