1. Ordering and Account.

  1. Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?
    Yes, you must create an account to place an order. By doing so, you can easily track your orders, manage your details, and make future purchases faster.
  2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your cart before confirming the order.
  3. How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

    We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, and more. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select locations.

    No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

  3. What is the COD (Cash on Delivery) charge?
    Once the order is confirmed, a COD (Cash on Delivery) charge of ₹108/—will be applied. This charge applies when the customer receives the order and makes the remaining payment.

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original packaging. Some items such as personalized or perishable products may not be eligible for returns.

    To return an item, go to the "Returns" section in your account or contact our customer service. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. How long will it take to receive my refund?
    Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds should appear in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.
